  * Overview of the Public Transport Industry (bus contracting model, quality of service framework, EWT/OTA)
  * ODVL rules, regulations and Protection from Harassment (Public Service Worker) act
  * Sectoral tripartism and NTWU talk
  * NOBE & CFMS
  * Service literacy
  * Safe driving techniques
    * Hazard awareness
    * Scenario-based simulator training at SMRT Bus Training and Evaluation Centre (BTEC)

===== SBS Transit Bus Captain Development Centre - Bus Operations and Service Proficiency (BOSP) - 7 weeks =====

    * Driving

  * Class 4A Traffic Police driving test (for class 3/3A holders)/SBS Driving Instructor driving test (for class 4 holders)
