 +I drove the scaling-up of network infrastructure, IP address planning and migrations, and ancillary services such as DHCP, to accommodate the company’s aggressive expansion strategy. I also did extensive cleanup of existing datacenter and broadband networks and systems, spearheading many initiatives to simplify network services and remove daily inefficiencies and operational pains.

 +I also provided telephone and on-site support for end-to-end GPON fault tracing and CPE issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and worked with ViewQwest’s Marketing team to pioneer the ViewQwest Home Consultation Service, a unique offering in Singapore which provided personal consultation to customers and promised concrete solutions for any issues that customers may face with their home network.
